The Procedure of Court Marriage:

The procedure of the court marriage is very simple and less time taking. Following are the requirements to be completed for getting a Affidavit in Freewill and Nikkahnama:-

CNIC of girl and 8 passport size photographs.
CNIC of boy and 4 passport size photographs.
Two witnesses alongwith their respective CNIC.
In case of unavailability of CNIC any other proper identity document is required (Form-B, Educational Certificate etc).
Personal presence of both boy and girl is necessary.

1. What documents will we need ?

You have to bring CNIC of you, girl and witnesses, 4 your photographs and 8 photographs of girl (Passport size).

2. Do we have to go to the court for Nikah/Marriage or can you arrange this at your office?

You have to go City Court, Karachi for this purpose.

3. Do I have to bring witnesses with me ?

Yes, you have to bring witnesses with you.

4. How much time will it take to do the court marriage and get the certificate. Please tell for both urgent and normal basis?

Process takes upto one hour and you get Nikkahnama on second day if matter is urgent one than you can get Nikkahnama on same day.
